Yae Miko, also known as Guuji Yae (Head Priestess), was first introduced in the Inazuma storyline. Since then Genshin Impact players have been waiting to try her out. Along with overseeing the Grand Narukami Shrine, she is also the owner and Editor-in-Chief of Yae Publishing House. She is a descendent of the Kitsune lineage as seen through her Electro element abilities.

Yae Miko, a 5-Star Electro Catalyst user, is an incredible Sub-DPS for Electro teams. You will get Crit Rate as her ascension bonus and if you pair it with the new 5-Star catalyst, Kagura’s Verity, you will also get the Crit Damage bonus. Of course, the bonus will increase as you level her up.

Leveling Materials

Just like every other character Yae Miko requires 8,362,650 EXP to reach level 90. You can level her up using the leveling materials and using her in combat. The optimized way to level her up would be using the following leveling materials

Where To Find Yae Miko's Materials

Sea Ganoderma

Sea Ganoderma is relatively easy to find as it is scattered throughout the Inazuma region. You can easily find it using the Genshin Impact Interactive Map. It takes 48 hours for them to respawn once you have harvested them. Yae Miko needs 168 Sea Ganoderma to reach level 90.

Handguards

The three different types of Handguards are dropped by the Kairagi and Nobushi enemies found across Inazuma. The Handguards dropped by these enemies depend on their level. But you can craft a higher-tier Handguard using three low-tier ones. Yae Miko needs 18 Old Handguards, 30 Kageuchi Handguards, and 36 Famed Handguards to reach level 90.

If you go to the Adventurer’s Handbook, you can find a section called enemies. Search for Nobushis under the Easy Enemies category and click on 'Navigate.' You can farm Handguards easily using this method. It will take 2 hours for the enemies to respawn after you have defeated them.

Dragonheir's False Fin

The Bathysmal Vishaps, who form the 'Coral Defenders' boss challenge in Enkanomiya, drop Dragonheir's False Fin. You can only fight this boss after completing the Subterranean Trails of Drake and Serpent quest. Since this is a boss fight, make sure you have 40 resin to claim the rewards. Yae Miko needs 46 Drogonheir's False Fins to reach level 90.

Vajrada Amethyst

Like all the other Ascension gems, Vajrada Amethyst can be dropped by Electro bosses and obtained as commission rewards. You will receive Vajrada Amethyst from the Bathysmal Vishaps. But the quality of the gems depends on your World Level. Use this chart for reference:

World Level Vajrada Amethyst Dropped By Electro Bosses
0+ Slivers
2+ Slivers, Fragments
4+ Slivers, Fragments, Chunks
6+ Slivers, Fragments, Chunks, Gemstones
