Philanemo Mushrooms are usually found on the sides of buildings in the Mondstadt region. Try climbing around buildings in Mondstadt castle, or check out this farming route to efficiently gather lots of Philanemo Mushrooms.
Teachings, Guides, and Philosophies of Freedom can be found in the Forsaken Rift Domain on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday. These items can be upgraded by combing them at an alchemy station.
Divining, Sealed, and Forbidden Curse Scrolls can be obtained from Samachurls. These enemies are very common and can be found all over Teyvat anywhere you can find Hilichurls.
Mora Cost For Barbara's Ascension
To fully upgrade Barbara, you will need a total of roughly seven million Mora. This currency can be obtained from most activities in the game, including events, quests, and defeating monsters.
The Ley Line Outcrop: Blossom of Wealth is the most efficient place to gather lots of Mora, and costs 20 Original Resin to open.

These can only be obtained from time-limited events, and every character will need them to upgrade their talents to the final level.
