You and three other explorers must venture into the Haukke Manor and stop Lady Amandine's alleged kidnapping and sacrificing of Gridanian maidens. Let's take a look at every boss you'll face in this dungeon, and how to beat them.

How To Unlock Haukke Manor

This dungeon is unlocked through the following main story quest.

  • Accept the Main Scenario Quest 'Skeletons in Her Closet'
    • NPC Location: Ursandel - Old Gridania (X:11.9, Y:4.5)

Dungeon Walkthrough

Throughout Haukke Manor, you will find Tiny Keys that can be picked up and used later on to unlock doors. Only two Tiny Keys are necessary to make it through this dungeon, but others will open doors to extra Treasure Coffers.

Additionally, Manor Maidservants will roam the halls of the Manor, and will attack when you get too close. These enemies will use Dark Mist, a large AoE attack that inflicts Terror on all hit players, making them unable to move or attack. This attack can be interrupted by stunning the Manor Maidservant when she uses Dark Mist.

Manor Claviger

The first boss of Haukke Manor is the Manor Claviger. This boss has a similar appearance to the roaming Manor Maidservants and will use a similar attack.

  • Sweet Steel: The Manor Claviger will deal damage in a wide area to her front. The Tank should face the boss away from the rest of the party to reduce the chance of hitting them with this attack.
  • Void Fire II: The Manor Claviger will target a player with an AoE circle. This attack can be interrupted by stunning the boss while she is casting it.
  • Dark Mist: This attack is the same as the one the Manor Maidservants use. Stun the boss or move outside the AoE indicator to avoid getting inflicted with Terror.

After the Manor Claviger is defeated, a Green Key will be dropped. Head back through the entrance of this room into the hallway and use the Green key on the Ivy Door to proceed.

In this part of the dungeon, grab another Tiny Key and head down the hallway to the left until the very last door, just before the wooden ramp. Open this door to obtain the Yellow Key, which can be used on the Carnation Door you passed earlier.

Manor Jester and Manor Steward

The second bosses of Haukke Manor are the Manor Jester and the Manor Steward. You will face both of these enemies at the same time, and they will use the following attacks and mechanics.

  • Manor Jester
    • Ice Spikes: The Manor Jester will grant itself the Ice Spikes buff, which deals damage back to attackers and slows them.
  • Manor Steward
    • Soul Drain: The Manor Steward will deal damage in a large area around itself, absorbing health from hit players. Move outside the AoE indicator to avoid taking damage and healing the boss.

While you will face both of these bosses at the same time, we recommend focusing on the Jester first, as its auto-attacks deal more damage, and the Steward's AoE can be easily avoided.

After defeating the Manor Jester and Steward, a piece of Bloody Parchment will drop, and an Aetherial Flow will appear. Pick up the Bloody Parchment and head through the portal, which will bring you back to the start of the dungeon. Then, you can use the Bloody Parchment on the barrier to proceed to the final boss.

Lady Amandine

The final boss of Haukke Manor is Lady Amandine, who will use the following attacks and mechanics.

  • Void Call: Lady Amandine will move to the center of the arena and summon one of two enemies.
    • Manor Sentry: This enemy will cast Petrifying Eye, a room-wide Gaze attack that inflicts Petrification on players looking at it. Turn away from the Manor Sentry to avoid being hit.
    • Lady's Handmaiden: This enemy will inflict the Poison debuff on a random player and attack as normal. Kill this enemy when it is summoned to avoid being overwhelmed by extra damage and debuffs.
  • Beguiling Mist: Lady Amandine will use this attack after summoning a Manor Sentry. She will first teleport herself and the Sentry to one side of the arena, and the Sentry will begin casting Petrifying Eye. Then, Lady Amandine will inflict Seduced on all players, forcing them to move toward her. The Seduced debuff will wear off just before Petrifying Eye finishes casting, so be ready to turn away from the Sentry as soon as you are able to.
  • Stoneskin: Lady Amandine will grant herself the Stoneskin buff, reducing all damage she takes. This buff will wear off after a few attacks.
  • Void Thunder III: Lady Amandine will target the Tank with a small circular AoE that deals high damage. The Tank should move away from other players to avoid hitting them with this attack, and use defensive cooldowns like Rampart to reduce the damage they take.
  • Dark Mist: Similar to the Manor Maidservants and Manor Claviger, Lady Amandine will use Dark Mist in a large area around herself and inflict Terror. Move outside the AoE indicator or stun the boss to avoid taking damage.

Lady Amandine will repeat these attacks until she is defeated. The main thing to watch out for is the Beguiling Mist and Petrifying Eye combo, as these two attacks can make you unable to move or attack for a long time if you aren't careful.

After defeating Lady Amandine, Haukke Manor will be complete. Don't forget to roll on your loot and commend a fellow player.
