Final Fantasy 14 has many ways to earn quick EXP and level your Jobs up, with one of the most popular ways being through the Nutsy Clan Hunts introduced with the Shadowbringers expansion. Hunts, in general, have always been an okay way to gain experience on the side, but Nutsy Clan Hunts made it more than a viable option.

Though unlocking the Nutsy Clan Hunts may take quite a bit of effort for some players, it is more than worth it for those looking to power level new Jobs or grind out some of the later levels that can be grueling. If you have been sleeping on Hunts, we urge you to partake in the Nutsy Clan Hunts as they offer excellent rewards and EXP.

Prerequisites

One cannot simply dive headfirst into the Nutsy Clan Hunts without first meeting a few requirements, which can, unfortunately, take quite some time if you have never messed with any of the Hunts in the previous expansions. For starters, you will have to be at least a Second Lieutenant in your Grand Company, due to that being a requirement for the first set of Hunts back in A Realm Reborn.

From there, you will still need to meet a few more requirements before you can partake in the Nutsy Clan Hunts, which we will provide below. Additionally, like the Hunts found in Heavensward and Stormblood, Nutsy Clan Hunts also gate off the more formidable targets behind quests.

Nutsy Clan Hunt Requirements

Nutsy Clan Hunt Missions

If you meet all of the requirements above, you can finally take on the Nutsy Clan Hunt Missions. There are four missions within the Nutsy Clan Hunt that will unlock bigger, more dangerous Hunts for you to try and takedown. The more formidable the foe, the better your reward, and the better the EXP payout is as a result.

Elite Clan Nutsy Mark Bill

Nutsy Clan Marks

For the Nutsy Clan Hunts, you can receive three Clan Mark Bills, going from One-nut Clan Mark Bills to Two-nut Clan Mark Bills and ending with Three-nut Clan Mark Bills, which are gated off by the quests listed above. You can pick these Nutsy Clan Mark Bills up from the Hunt Board found in The Crystarium (X:9.5, Y:9.4). Your payout will vary depending on the target's rank, but you will receive Sacks of Nuts, EXP, and Gill for each successful Hunt.

In addition to the Nutsy Clan Mark Bills, you can eventually take on Elite Clan Nutsy Mark Bills, which allows you to Hunt formidable foes throughout the regions of Shadowbringers, and will net you a sizable reward. Elite Clan Nutsy Mark Bills are tiered targets, ranging from B to SS, with SS being a new ranking of targets added with Shadowbringers.

Nutsy Clan Hunt Rewards

Reward B Tier A Tier S Tier SS Tier
Sack of Nuts N/A 40 100 400
Allagan Tomestone of Poetics N/A 30 100 200
Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism N/A 10 30 50

You can exchange Sack of Nuts for exclusive items, equipment, and more by speaking with Xylle in The Crystarium (X:9.4, Y:9.5) or with Ilfroy in Eulmore (X:11.0, Y:10.8). Furthermore, while B-Tier Elite Marks will not give you any direct payout, you can still do them to complete your Weekly Elite Mark Challenge. We recommend not doing them beyond that point and focusing your attention on A, S, and SS-Tier Marks for a guaranteed reward.

As with the previous Hunts, the regular Nutsy Clan Marks (One, Two, and Three-nut Clan Mark Bills) reset every day at 08:00 AM (PST) or 11:00 AM (EST). However, the Tier-B Elite Clan Nutsy Mark Bills reset every Tuesday at 01:00 AM (PST) or 04:00 AM (EST). A, S, and SS-Tiers will not reset every week and, instead, are on a "kill on sight" basis.

Elite Clan Nutsy Mark Bill Information

Much like the Hunts before it, the Elite Marks found in the Nutsy Hunts have their own respawn timers, with the S and now SS, Tiers requiring you to trigger a specific event to make them appear. However, once an S or SS-Tier Mark is defeated, it will take quite some time before another one respawns in that region.

Below is every Elite Mark found in Shadowbringers' Nutsy Clan Hunt, along with the region they're located in and how long it takes them to respawn. You will also find what events trigger the S and SS-Tier Marks to appear, so you can get the jump on them when the time is right.
