Custom Deliveries are one of your many endgame duties as a Disciple of the Hand or Land in Final Fantasy 14. Each week, you'll be tasked with delivering custom-made or procured items to a variety of characters. With the release of patch 6.15, you can now make custom deliveries for Ameliance Leveilleur in Old Sharlayan.
To unlock Ameliance for custom deliveries, there are a few things you need to do first. Let's take a look at which quests you'll need to complete, how to complete custom deliveries, and what the rewards are.
How To Unlock Ameliance Custom Deliveries
To start making custom deliveries for Ameliance Leveilleur, you must first complete the level 60 quest 'Go West, Craftsman'. This quest can be found in Mor Dhona (X:22.3, Y:6.8) by speaking with Lydirlona. You'll only be able to see this quest after completing the level 50 Main Scenario Quest 'The Better Half', and the side quest 'Inscrutable Tastes'.
After completing 'The Better Half', 'Inscrutable Tastes', and 'Go West, Craftsman', and finally completing the Main Scenario Quest 'Endwalker', you'll be able to find the quest 'Of Mothers and Merchants' in Old Sharlayan. This quest can be accepted by speaking with the Well-dressed Attendant near The Agora (X:12.6, Y:9.7). You'll need to be a level 80 Disciple of the Hand or Land to accept 'Of Mothers and Merchants'.
Follow this quest until the end, and you'll unlock Ameliance for custom deliveries.
How To Complete Ameliance Custom Deliveries
If this is your first time doing custom deliveries, you may be wondering how to make them. Custom deliveries will task you with turning in certain items each week, and can either be crafted, gathered, or fished. When retrieving the items, they work exactly like collectables, meaning increasing the quality of the item will increase the rewards you receive when turning it in.
You can find the merchant for purchasing crafting materials at (X:12.7, Y:10.3) in Old Sharlayan.
Speaking of rewards, you'll gain a large amount of experience and gil when turning in custom deliveries while below level 90. If you are level 90, you'll gain gil and White and Purple Crafter's or Gatherer's Scrips. These items are used for a variety of items and unlockables, so it's a good idea to stock up on them through custom deliveries.
Finally, when Ameliance reaches the highest level of satisfaction, you'll be able to apply custom glamours to her. Before you whip out the 2B outfit, remember whose mother you're forcing to wear it.
