This is another small cave that does not have many areas and notable loot. The dungeon also has a low variety of enemies but does contain a very strong bear that can make your walkthrough unbearable. Unlike many dungeons, you do not need Stonesword Keys to enter the cave. Here is all you need to know about Dragonbarrow Cave.

Dungeon Walkthrough

The entrance of the cave is a straight run from Dragonbarrow Fork (Site of Grace). After entering the cave, you will find the first Site of Grace up ahead. Go ahead to find a room where you will find a Lesser Runebear. This bear is terrifying to fight because of the small space you have to fight it. The beast has similarities to Runebear.

After defeating it, collect the Rowa Fruits and loot the corpses to acquire a Golden Rune [12] and a Warming Stone.

From the bear's den, you will see two paths. One is leading towards the north, and one goes to the south. First, take the south path and check the dead end on your right to find Crystal Bud. Keep heading south from here to reach the next room.

There will be a room with Deers and Springhares. Collect the multiple Silver Fireflies on the ground and move towards the corpse in the distance. Loot it to acquire the Bull-Goat's Talisman. Make your way back to the bear's den and take the path leading north. You will see a hole that you have to jump down.

After jumping down a few platforms, you will reach a new area where you will find multiple Wolves.

After killing all the wolves, you can loot the corpses here to find a Golden Rune [8] and three Beast Bloods.

Proceed east towards the passage and keep going until you reach a hole. Dropping down here will allow you to reach another room with the boss.

Beastman of Farum Azula (Duo) Boss Fight

After you drop down, you will come to face the Beastman Duo. One of the Beastman wields a Greatsword while the other has Throwing Knives. Both are easy to fight as they have low health pools. The Greatsword Beastman will fight aggressively, trying to come toward you with its weapon and attack you with the slam attacks. It has the same attacks as the Beastman you face in Limgrave. Meanwhile, the other Beastman will throw knives at you from a distance interrupting your attacks or casts.

You can summon Spirit Ashes for this fight. The Mimic Tear is an excellent option, for instance. It can stay aggressive towards both bosses. For Talisman picks, Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman is a great choice as it will reduce physical damage negation for this fight.

Defeating the boss will drop the Flamedrake Talisman +2.
