Fia's Champions is a boss in Elden Ring. The boss fight contains three phases in which you will fight five invaders who are champions of Fia. This is part of Fia's questline, and you will have to defeat them in order to talk to Fia again. Even though this is a gang boss fight, you will find the fight quite easy because the NPCs do not have much health, and their attacks do moderate damage.
Reaching the boss can be a little tricky as you have to climb some tree branches and reach the boss arena. Here is all you need to know about Fia's Champions.

The Fia's Champions are located inside the Deeproot Depths. The closest Site of Grace is Across the Roots, which is located atop the branches. To reach here, you will need to climb the tree branch just ahead of where you find the map of the area.
Navigate your way through the branch and reach the boss arena. Here you will find the optional boss Fia's Champions. Defeating the boss is not necessary; however, they are required for Fia's Questline and to unlock the Age of Duskborn ending.
Defeating the boss will drop Fia's Mist, which is a Sorcery. This allows you to cast Death Blight on the enemies and players to increase the Death Blight build-up.
Fia's Champions Attack Pattern and Strategy
There are three phases in this boss fight where you have to face five invaders:
Phase 1 - Fia's Champion
For the first phase, you will face the Fia's Champion, who is a melee invader. Like most invaders, the boss will try to dodge spells and ranged attacks in order to avoid taking damage. You can look at their gear and counter them that way. If the Champion is using a spear, then you can maintain your distance and attack after any thrust attacks.
The boss will not have much health, so being aggressive can be advantageous for you.
Phase 2 - Sorcerer Rogier
Sorcerer Rogier is the second phase of the fight, and he will be using a Rapier. He casts Glintblade Phalanx often along with Glintstone Shard and Magic Downpour. Rogier tends to be aggressive with his Rapier or can stay at range and cast sorceries. The boss does not have much poise and health.
Using a heavy weapon like Greatsword can stagger the boss multiple times and stun lock. This will interrupt any attacks the boss is doing.
Phase 3 - Lionel the Lionhearted
For the third phase, Lionel the Lionhearted comes out with two more of Fia's Champions. All of these bosses have low health and can be taken down in a few hits. One of the Champions is a melee fighter, while the other focuses on casting spells on you.
Deal with the mage first, so you do not get poked. Fighting Lionel first is not recommended as he can maintain his distance and cast white skulls that will follow you and deal damage significant damage.
Summon Spirit Ashes if you need help in taking care of the Champions. A multiple mob Ash like Lone Wolf Ash can be a good choice here.
General Tips
- Be Level 70 or Higher.
- Stay aggressive throughout the fight.
- Use any heavy weapons you have to stagger the bosses.
