There are a ton of mystical weapons and magical items spread throughout Elden Ring to help you survive the treachery of the Lands Between. But, sometimes you can’t go wrong with the two weapons attached to your wrists. That’s right, someone has decided to fist their way (not like that) through one of the toughest battles in the whole game.
Twitter user GinoMachino, a self-proclaimed mediocre gamer, has managed to take on the notoriously difficult Godskin Duo fight without a single weapon. Instead, he beat the souls out of them using only his fists. As someone who spent an embarrassingly long time on this fight with actual weaponry, I can say this is quite an impressive accomplishment.
In a tweet sharing the accolade, GinoMachino admitted it took them five and a half hours to beat up the boss. He also shared a clip of the final 50-seconds of the fight, which is a great watch for anyone who struggled with the fight - seeing them taken down by a one-two-punch combo is pretty satisfying.
A quick look at his Twitter reveals that the Godskin Duo isn't the only Elden Ring boss GinoMachino has taken on bare-handed. In fact, he is attempting to beat every boss with just his two sickly swans. Earlier this week, he managed to knock out the Fire Giant, which also took an exhausting five and a half hours. Looks like there are no glass jaws in the Lands Between.
Speaking of the Godskin Duo, several Elden Ring players believe they have found one of Dragonlord Placidusax’s heads in the arena you fight the two apostles. While not confirmed, the placement makes sense considering you take on the Duo in the Dragon Temple of Farum Azula.
