The sixteenth substory, "The Crawfish Caper," is a side mission that will be available in the fifth chapter of the game. Once you turn in the Premium Sushi Set, you will get Nancy, and she will be added to your Poundmates selection. You need ¥1,000 to use Nancy in battle, and her condition is that she can be used on Humans only. She boosts your party's damage and can cause poison on the enemies.
