If you're looking for a chill time while raising your pet and doing a variety of fun activities with them, Roblox Adopt Me! is the perfect place for you. The game allows players to buy, raise, trade, and upgrade the pets to their Neon and Mega Neon versions! There is a huge variety of pets divided into many rarities.
There are situations where you can't afford a certain pet, and you have too many copies of a different pet, this is where trade comes in. You can trade with other players to acquire a pet you desire while giving back some of your own pets. To have a better experience with trading, the developers have introduced a Trading License in the game.
Where To Find The Trading License
Roblox Adopt Me! doesn't have a map, and it can be hard to find a particular building for new players sometimes. Simply put, you can find the Trading License test within the Safety Hub building.
The License does not have any requirement and all it needs is general knowledge of the game. So, even if you're brand-new to the game, you can take the test.
Here are a few easy steps to reach the respective building and find the Trading License test:
- As soon as you load into the game, go to your Inventory by clicking on your bag at the bottom of your screen. Click on the 'Food' section and then the '+' sign. Once you've done this, the game will ask you if you want to teleport to the Farm Shop, click yes.
- Once you're in the shop, head right back out through the gate, and you will see a white building on the left side behind the Farm Shop. This building is known as the Safety Hub. Enter the building, and you will find Agent Jake directly below the stairs beside a massive brown door.
- Upon talking to him, you will be allowed to go through the door where you will see a long hallway with Agent Alex standing in the middle. Talk to him and begin your test to acquire the Trading License.
How To Get The Trading License
As soon as you talk to Agent Alex and begin your test, he will disappear, and a scenario will begin playing in front of you. On one side of this scenario, you will see your avatar and a dummy NPC on the other side. Make sure you pay attention to what they're saying as it is vital to know the terms of trade.
Once the scenario has completely played out, the summary of the trade will appear in front of you with a red button saying 'Scam' and a green one saying 'Safe'.
You need to decide if the trade is safe or not based on the scenario. The summary can sometimes be misleading, which is why it is important to look at the scenario.
For example, as you can see in the picture above, you're giving someone your Unicorn without getting anything in return. On paper, this looks like a Scam, but it can actually be a Safe trade as well.
In one of the scenarios, the NPC with your avatar says that they want to give their pet for free because they don't need them, in which case, it would still be a Safe trade.
When you answer a question correctly, the glass in front will go away allowing you to move to the next section to answer the next question. Once you've answered three questions correctly, you will get access to the Trading License.
You can also check your trading history by equipping this license and clicking on it at the bottom of your screen.
If you get any of the answers wrong, you will be teleported back and the test will fail. No need to worry though, as you can take this test as much as you want and there's no cooldown once you fail.
