Super Hero Tycoon is one of the most popular Roblox tycoon games out there, consistently hitting between 15,000 and 20,000 players. The aim of the game is to collect superheroes and put them on display, like some sort of supervillain.

14/15 Car Dealership Tycoon
Car Dealership Tycoon is definitely more down-to-earth than some other games here! There aren't any superheroes or your favorite anime characters, but you do get to buy and sell cars like a real-life wheeler dealer.
There's currently a Winter-themed Ice Race event in the game which is why it's so popular right now. Definitely worth checking out if you want to build, customize and manage your very own dealership. There are loads of cars and colors to choose from, too!

2 Player Computer Tycoon is a team-based tycoon game, which makes it a little different from the other games on this list. You have to work together with your team to become the bigger tycoon - the biggest tycoon at the end of the timer wins lots of points, which you can use to unlock cosmetics and other items.
The main aim of your tycoon is to build bigger and better computers. You'll start out with a screeching '90s machine with a CRT monitor and a massive keyboard, but you can progress toward a triple-stacked gaming set-up, with a gamer mouse, keyboard, and three screens. Plus, don't forget that awesome gaming chair.
12/15 Hospital Tycoon
Hospital Tycoon arrived earlier this year and is currently one of the most popular tycoon games in Roblox - it also has a brand new Xmas update with new holiday-themed items and cosmetics. If you're into tycoon games that are about building and planning, then Hospital Tycoon is the game for you.
As you play, you'll unlock new rooms and hospital equipment, meet new patients and help them with their problems, and have fun with friends as you run the best hospital on the server. There's no real competition here, it's all about getting as big as you can! This game also has private servers which means you don't have to rely on laggy servers full of hundreds of players.

Gym Tycoon is what tycoon games in Roblox are all about, and the huge number of gym tycoon games that have been released on the platform over the years has culminated in this modern game. The task is simple: work out, get bigger, earn money, take control with the biggest and best gym on the server! The more you work out, the more you'll earn.
You'll start out small, just a regular Roblox player lifting tiny weights on the beach. A few hours later and you'll have grown in size, bought some better equipment, and can start flexing on the other players in the server. Gym Tycoon rewards your hard work, so get lifting!

Tropical Resort Tycoon is one of the most popular Tycoon games in Roblox. You can build an entire Resort with all sorts of buildings, vehicles, and challenges to complete. Complete challenges and earn money to unlock new features for your resort.
The island is massive with lots of lands to explore and it's all yours to develop on. Its new airport expansion includes two new vehicles and some changes, as well as the ability to build an airport rescue station. Firetruck included!

Restaurant Tycoon 2 is a regularly updated restaurant management game with all sorts of unique additions, like the brand new medieval update with skins and music.

Start with the smallest shop on the block and decide what you want to sell. Organize your shelves, arrange your wares, get some workers in, and watch your shop grow in size.
The main aim of the game is to become the leading retail tycoon on the server, but you'll be competing with other players for customers, so make sure you keep them happy. There are loads of different goods to sell, from vegetables to televisions. It's really up to you.
7/15 Mall Tycoon
This very highly-rated Roblox Tycoon game has everything you'd expect from a tycoon game: customization, management, and loads of different ways to play. It's your job to build the best mall in town. This game is a little bit different, because you don't just run one store, you run loads.
It's not just about selling items, you also have to decorate the mall and keep your customers happy. Like all good Roblox games, there are lots of different cosmetic items to unlock for up to 12 unique floors in your mall. Your mall can be huge.
6/15 Anime Tycoon
Love Anime? You'll love Anime Tycoon. The whole aim of this game is to build the best collection of anime characters you can. Buy and sell characters to make more money and expand your anime empire.
You can play as all your favorite anime characters, like Deku, Goku, and Naruto. There are battles to fight with NPCs to test out the powers of your new characters with swords and magic.
5/15 Clone Tycoon 2
This tycoon is a little different: it's your goal to build an entire clone army. Level yourself up, unlock new weapons and cosmetics, and send your troops out to fight battles for you. This is one of the best Roblox shooting games if you also like to play tycoons.
