When a new Fortnite Season starts, it's always exciting to take a long look at the Battle Pass and examine each tier individually. But, generally, you need to complete all weekly quests available and any event quests to get a decent amount of experience points right from the get-go.

Thankfully, this time around there is a new type of quest that has the purpose of boosting you a couple of levels up as soon as you start just by completing simple tasks. Keep reading to learn more.

Kickstart Quests

Just as the name implies, these quests are meant to kickstart you into Chapter 3 Season 4 with a set of tasks. These are quests that you'd normally do anyway by playing the game normally as none of them are oddly specific.

If you're an active Fortnite player then you should have no trouble finishing all of these missions, and if you're a new player then this is the perfect opportunity to accustom you to the game. Quests like "enter a vehicle in different matches" and "visit different named locations" are perfect when it comes to making new players explore their surroundings and the different in-game mechanics. It's also a nice way to make players mix up their gameplay styles, either by playing more aggressively in order to deal damage to opponents and eliminate them, or by taking it slower and outlasting your enemies.

There are seven Kickstart quests and they're all worth 35,000 XP each, meaning that you can collect a total of 245,000 XP by completing all of these tasks. Since it takes 80,000 XP to go up a level, you should increase at least three levels by playing through these missions. Below you can check all the quests available:

  • Damage opponents with Assault Rifles (500)
  • Eliminate opponents (12)
  • Enter a vehicle or ride wildlife in different matches (5)
  • Outlast opponents (250)
  • Play matches (10)
  • Search chests at named locations (7)
  • Visit different named locations (5)

The task that should take you longer is the one that requires you to play a total of ten matches, since the other others can easily be done in around five matches or so depending on your type of gameplay and how lucky you are with the storm and situations with your opponents.
