A roaming samurai from the Inazuma region, Kaedehara Kazuha is former military and one of the few Anemo-users in Genshin Impact. He’s a five-star playable character, making him harder to get, but if you’re able to pull him from the Leaves in the Wind Event Wish you’ll have a powerful swordsman on your team.

Since he has impressive stats on his own, he can be equipped with a wider range of weapons, unlike some playable characters that really only work best with four and five-star weapons. There’s no set focus to pay attention to with weapon stats since he’s an Anemo because that skill set makes him open to all teammates.

10/10 The Dark Iron Sword – Three Star

To get the Dark Iron Sword, you’ll have to find and talk to Chen the Sharp, a food vendor located in Liyue. The Base Attack boost from the Dark Iron Sword ranges between 39 and 401 based on Kazuha’s level, and it gives him an Elemental Mastery increase between 31 and 141.

Any time you create an Overloaded, Superconduct, Electro-Charged, or Electro-Infused Swirl reaction, the Attack is increased by 20 percent for 12 seconds.

9/10 The Sacrificial Sword – Four Star

The only way to get the Sacrificial Sword is through Wishes. Once equipped, Kazuha will have a 41 to 454 increase to his Base Attack, and a substat of 13.3 to 61.3 percent Energy Recharge- both stats based on his trained level.

After you’ve dealt damage to an enemy with his Elemental Skill, the skill will then have a 40 percent chance of ending its own cooldown period. This feature can be used once every 30 seconds to keep Kazuha on the battlefield.

8/10 The Favonius Sword – Four Star

Very similar to the Sacrificial Sword, the Favonius Sword is gained through Wishes. It also has a 41 to 454 Base Attack boost, and 13.3 to 61.3 percent Energy Recharge secondary stat.

The biggest difference between these swords is the refinement skill. The Favonius Sword will give a 60 percent chance of generating Elemental Particles after a Crit hit. Those Particles will in turn create six Energy every 12 seconds for Kazuha.

7/10 The Prototype Rancour – Four Star

There are two ways you can gain the Prototype Rancour: either by waiting to hit Adventure Rank 10 and get it as a reward, or you can forge it at the blacksmith’s shop. The Base Attack increases based on his level between 44 and 565, and his Physical Damage has a bonus between 7.5 and 34.5 percent.

When hitting an opponent with Normal or Charged Attacks, you’ll get an increase to Attack and Defense by four percent for six seconds. You can stack this up to four times.

6/10 The Iron Sting – Four Star

Easy to obtain, you’ll be able to forge the Iron Sting on your own at the blacksmith’s shop. If you’re building Kazuha up for damage, this will help as it has a Base Attack increase from 42 to 510, and an Elemental Mastery substat between 36 and 165.

Any time you deal Elemental Damage, it will increase all damage by six percent for six seconds. This can be stacked twice, and used once every one second.

5/10 The Alley Flash – Four Star

Harder to gain, you’ll get the Alley Flash through the Weapon Event Wishes. His Base Attack will increase between 45 and 620, with a 12 to 55 Elemental Mastery boost, as well, depending on what Kazuha’s level is in the game.

The Alley Flash increases the damage Kazuha can dole out by 12 percent, making him an even heavier hitter on the battlefield.

4/10 The Lion’s Roar – Four Star

Obtainable through Wishes, the Lion’s Roar will give Kazuha a Base Attack boost from 42 to 510, with a secondary stat Attack bonus between nine and 41.3 percent based on his level. Both of these stats will help you make Kazuha a powerful DPS.

The Lion’s Roar will also increase damage by 20 percent against any enemies affected by Pyro or Electro, so if you build a team around him with either or both of these elements, you’ll definitely want to equip this sword.

3/10 The Amenoma Kageuchi – Four Star

You’ll be able to forge the Amenoma Kageuchi on your own at the blacksmith’s shop, making it pretty easy to gain and equip. The Base Attack will increase from 41 to 454 based on his level, and his secondary stat boosts Attack from 12 to 55.1 percent.

Whenever Kazuha uses his Elemental Skill, he’ll gain one Succession Seed. This can be triggered once every five seconds, and each Seed lasts for 30 seconds. After three Seeds are consumed, it will generate six Energy for each Seed Kazuha produces.

2/10 The Skyward Blade – Five Star

A five-star weapon obtainable through Wishes, Kazuha’s Base Attack bumps up between 46 and 608 depending on his level. The secondary stat gives an Energy Recharge boost between 12 and 55.1 percent, helping to keep Kazuha active in the fight.

The Crit Rate will increase by four percent, and gains him the Skypiercing Might when he uses his Elemental Burst. This will increase his Movement Speed by 10 percent, and boosts his Attack Speed by 10 percent, as well. All of Kazuha’s Normal and Charged hits will also deal an extra 20 percent of his Attack.

1/10 The Freedom-Sworn – Five Star

The most recommended sword for Kazuha, the Freedom-Sworn can only be obtained through the Weapon Event Wishes. His Base Attack boosts between 46 and 608 depending on his level with this sword, and the substat will add 43 to 198 to his Elemental Mastery.

Among other benefits of the Freedom-Sworn, Kazuha’s Damage will increase by 10 percent when he triggers Elemental Reactions, the frequency of which relies on the team you build around him.
